The Curriculum and Catalog Manager is responsible for the immediate supervision of the Curriculum and Catalog staff in the Office of the Registrar. This individual will collaborate with the Associate Registrar of Curriculum, Catalog and Scheduling to ensure that curricular change proposals align with policies from CSU academic governance, the University Curriculum Committee (UCC), the Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE), and other relevant bodies. This position reviews curriculum proposals and provides consultation regarding content and format to academic faculty and staff, including college curriculum liaisons, advisors, department chairs, associate deans, deans and others during proposal development.

This position is responsible for setting productivity goals and advancing the workload of the unit. In addition, this individual will provide management and direction for the CAT and CIM modules of the CourseLeaf system and share responsibility for publication of the General Catalog. The Curriculum and Catalog Manager is the second line of contact for problem resolution, working with challenging situations in a highly technical and policy-driven environment. The selected candidate must be comfortable leading a team and managing the demands of multiple and changing competing priorities. This individual must strive for excellence, accuracy and have a passion for solving problems in a team environment. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision.
